Full application coverage, all schema-free — simple props, drop into any React app: primitives, forms, overlays (modal / drawer / popover / toast), data display (table / stat / timeline …), navigation, plus the distinctive semantic components (epistemic state, confidence, provenance, inflection, motion). Colour always carries epistemic meaning; the fixed vocabulary (verifiable / asserted, the "what would change it" label, certainty words) switches with the language toggle. Install once: import "@latent/react/kit.css" then import { Button, EpistemicCard } from "@latent/react/kit".
